Rabbi Dovid Feldman is an internationally active Jewish rabbi and one of the senior leaders and primary spokespersons for the Haredi organization Neturei Karta. He frequently represents the organization at major diplomatic and civil gatherings across Europe and North America.
Rabbi Feldman’s career centers on disseminating anti-Zionist Jewish theology through public diplomacy. He is well-known for his speeches at the UK Parliament, UN-related forums, and various international human rights conferences. He works to dismantle the societal bias that “Judaism equals Zionism” and has successfully established a clear narrative in international venues: that Jewish faith is inherently incompatible with modern political nationalism. Beyond participating in street protests, he frequently grants interviews to mainstream media, articulating the Haredi position with moderate but firm logic.
Feldman’s pro-Palestinian stance is rooted in Haredi law: he believes Jews are forbidden from establishing sovereignty through human effort before the Messiah, and that such actions directly lead to the oppression of others. He often wears a scarf symbolizing the Palestinian flag at rallies and explicitly advocates for the “total and peaceful dismantling” of the State of Israel. He has stated: “Zionism wages war in our name; this is not only a crime against the Palestinians but a blatant humiliation of our faith. We call on the international community to recognize that Jews who are truly loyal to the Torah never support this illegal occupation.”
